The Rest of the Team

Although Barry is currently the sole employee of Estate Law HELP, he is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Illinois State Bar Association and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.  Therefore, he is frequently in a learning and networking environment, and all current and future clients of Estate Law HELP will benefit from Barry's leadership and recognition as a subject matter expert in the areas of retirement planning, elder law, and estate planning.

In order for Estate Law HELP to provide each client with effective, appropriate and ethical advice, we need underlying life planning and estate planning documents that are cutting-edge, drafted from scratch for each client, and adaptable for each client's unique family dynamics.  We are therefore part of the InterActive Legal Subscriber Alliance, which provides support when we draft documents, shares their internal expertise and thought leadership, and allows us to freely network with over 3000 similarly concerned attorneys across the nation.  Additionally, we are part of the Yourefolio community, which assists us in the secure and private collection of client information, communication of the plans, and a vault for the client to use going forward to store all relevant and tangential documents.

As a perpetual mentor, Barry offers internship opportunities as often as possible to high school, college, and law school students.  While they primarily assist with ministerial tasks, Barry invites them to attend client meetings so they can learn about the service and professionalism aspects of being a compassionate and principled counselor at law.

Last, but certainly not least, each client becomes an integral member of the Estate Law HELP team.  Whether through answering a survey from time to time, or through participating in a client group discussion, or through recommending our services to your family, friends and colleagues, you are individually, and collectively, the true key to the continuing success of EL HELP!
